Congratulations to David Acosta for
taking 1st place and for Paul Woo taking 2nd place at the Grapplers X

With the summer months ahead, the kids are out of school and may be stuck
at home, so from July 1st to September 1st we will moving the 4-5pm class
to 9-10am. We hope this gets the kids up and ready to start the day with
some healthy exercise instead of sitting at home all day.

Welcome to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Unlimited, San
Diego’s premier Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Judo school located off
of Miramar Road in Mira Mesa near the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), UTC
and Sorrento Valley. We offer first-class Brazilian (Gracie) Jiu Jitsu and
Judo instruction with a friendly environment for men, women and kids of
all ages. We offer Muay Thai kickboxing , Submission Wrestling and MMA classes
as well.
Unlimited was founded with lineage to Carlson Gracie, a leading member of
the famed Gracie Family of Jiu Jitsu who has produced MMA fighters such
as UFC’s Vitor Belfort, Paulo Filho and Mario Sperry just to name a few.
We have created World Champions and building San Diego’s number one Brazilian

MUAY-THAI
Unlike most Cardio Kickboxing programs where you never actually train
with another person, here you will always have the opportunity to
work one-on-one with your training partners, and often with the instructor
during class. Our program consists one-on-one training with punches,
kicks, knees, elbows and combinations of boxing. Whether you're looking
to learn self defense, get in shape, relieve stress or get into heavy
