BJJ Seminar with Adriano Silva
June 12, 2010

We are pleased to announce our first seminar with the very talented Adriano Silva. This is a great opportunity to train with one of the best and learn the most cutting edge techniques from Brazil!! The seminar will be Saturday June 12 from 11am - 2pm and will only be $40!! Most seminars are $80 - $150, but we have worked out a special price for our school so don't miss out on this great opportunity. Sign ups will be taken up until June 5 and there is limited space so please talk to Andrew if you are interested.

 
Holiday Party
DECEMBER 18, 2009

We will be having our annual Holiday party at the school Friday, December 18th at 6pm. There will be plenty of food and drinks so stop by and enjoy the holidays with your teammates.

Grapplers X Tournament
Congratulations to David Acosta for taking 1st place and for Paul Woo taking 2nd place at the Grapplers X tournament! We're very proud of them and wish them luck at The World Championships!

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Kids Schedule
With the summer months ahead, the kids are out of school and may be stuck at home, so from July 1st to September 1st we will moving the 4-5pm class to 9-10am. We hope this gets the kids up and ready to start the day with some healthy exercise instead of sitting at home all day.
