BKFC Mohegan Sun is upon us. While it may seem like a daunting task to follow up an exciting card like last week’s BKFC KnuckleMania V in Philadelphia with an equally awesome show on the schedule this week, David Feldman and his staff try to do that very thing this Saturday night in Uncasville, CT.

Mohegan Sun Arena, the home court of the WNBA‘s Connecticut Sun, serves as the setting for Saturday night’s BKFC show on DAZN. Live coverage of BKFC Mohegan Sun begins at 5 pm ET/ 2 pm PT on DAZN and the official BKFC YouTube channel with the countdown show before progressing to the two-fight undercard at 6 pm ET/ 3 pm PT.

Main card action caps the evening at 7 pm ET/ 4 pm PT. All told, barring any 11th-hour postponements or other adjustments to the event, BKFC Mohegan Sun will feature a total of 10 bare-knuckle boxing tilts inside the ring.

Awesome Prelims Begin the Evening at BKFC Mohegan Sun on Saturday

While we’ll discuss the action on the main card, featuring fights such as Julian Lane vs. Cameron VanCamp and Brennan Ward vs. James Dennis, later on in the week, our focus on this day is the undercard. Just like a week ago during KnuckleMania V in Philadelphia at Wells Fargo Center, there are two prelims on the bill in BKFC Mohegan Sun.

Let’s not waste another moment and take a look at both of these fights on the undercard. Note: All BKFC fights are an advertised maximum of five rounds at two minutes per round.

BKFC Mohegan Sun Featured Prelim: Sito vs. Jack Grady

At the top of the bill as far as the prelims are concerned during this weekend’s BKFC card is a tilt in the bantamweight division matching Sito (1-1 BKFC), real name Lardy Navarro, against Jack Grady (1-3 BKFC). Sito enters this weekend’s card having split his first two appearances under the BKFC promotional banner.

Most recently, he was on the receiving end of a first-round knockout in last year’s KnuckleMania IV against Nick Gonzalez (1-0 BKFC). Sito has had close to a year to study what went wrong at KnuckleMania last February. Can he return to the win column this weekend?

Across the way, Jack Grady has posted a record of 1-4 in his last five fights dating back to his days in traditional boxing. Currently, he’s dropped two fights in succession, including a third-round knockout loss to Roberto Armas in August of last year, one bout removed from getting disqualified because of deliberately clashing heads with Ryan Reber in 2022.

Grady has had a rough go of things throughout his pugilism career, going 0-10-1 in traditional boxing. Can he get back in the win column this Saturday night?

BKFC Mohegan Sun Co-Featured Prelim: Spencer Meehan vs. Grady Wall

The other prelim during BKFC Mohegan Sun happens at welterweight between two debutantes in Spencer Meehan and Grady Wall. Meehan has spent time in the United States Marine Corps in the past.

Anybody who’s served his country has the toughness required of him to thrive in the game of life. From the USMC to the ring of BKFC, will his toughness carry him to a victory in his combat sports debut?

Meanwhile, Grady Wall is a veteran of combat sports, having stepped in the cage for four MMA bouts on the amateur circuit, going 2-2. He enters his BKFC debut on a two-fight losing streak.

Last time out, he sustained a first-round TKO defeat due to a doctor’s stoppage at the hands of Arthur Dufloo in his amateur MMA finale in October of 2021. He hasn’t fought in more than three years, but can Grady Wall begin his professional combat sports career on a high note? Tune in and find out.

Final Thoughts

Which of the two undercard bouts are you looking forward to in BKFC Mohegan Sun? Let us know in the comments.
