Former ADCC champion Dean Lister just uploaded a video on his Instagram showing a black eye and detailing how he stopped a violent attacker.
The violence in California keeps getting worse and another BJJ practitioner was involved in an incident. This time it was former MMA fighter and ADCC legend Dean Lister, who was involved.
In a video posted by Dean on his Instagram. He shows a black eye and details how he stopped a violent attacker.
“So we had an incident here with a guy. I had to mount him for four minutes until the police arrived. He was hurting random people and needed to be stopped.”
Thankfully, Dean was present to stop this violent individual from hurting anyone else.
