Sarah Galvão Promoted to BJJ Black Belts
As expected, Sarah Galvão earned her black belt on top of the podium after winning the world title at brown belt.
The daughter of the legendary Andre Galvão tore through the competition over the last year, winning every title at brown belt.
Sarah shed tears of joy with her parents in a moment she will remember forever. After the world title win and black belt promotion, Galvão made a statement on Instagram
“I am so happy to finally earn my black belt! I am thankful to God for guiding me through the ups and the downs and lifting me to conquer each moment. Faith and hard work brought me here. Onto the next chapter!”- Sarah Galvão
Now that Sarah is officially a black belt, we can expect her to continue making waves at the highest level.
Bobby is martial artist for almost 20 years with a BJJ black belt under Professor Sergio Miranda. He is also a karate black and former combat sports athlete, who loves all things grappling.
