Flyweight action is the latest addition to June’s UFC Atlanta.
While the promotion returns to Canada in May, stopping in Montreal, Quebec for UFC 315, Canadian Jamey-Lyn Horth (7-2) will instead head south, where she meets Tereza Bleda (7-1) in Atlanta, Georgia on June 14, 2025. The Fight Night event takes place at the State Farm Arena.
Horth confirmed the booking on social media following an initial report by MMA Fighting.
Born in and fighting out of Sqaumish, B.C., Jamey-Lyn Horth is 2-2 since joining the UFC in 2023, and went 1-1 last year. She picked up a split decision win over Ivana Petrovic at UFC Edmonton last November, then made a quick turnaround to face Miranda Maverick the following month, going the distance but coming up short.
Horth is a former LFA and BFL women’s flyweight champion, and was undefeated prior to joining the UFC.
Tereza Bleda fought her way into the UFC on Dana White’s Contender Series in 2022, debuting that same year in a losing effort against Natalia Silva. She bounced back the following year, defeating Gabriella Fernandes, but the Czech flyweight has not fought since, missing all of 2024 and sitting out just three days shy of two years when she returns in June.
Bleda had been booked to face Casey O’Neill last August, only to be forced to withdraw from the bout.
Only three fights have been reported for UFC Atlanta on June 14 thus far:
Rose Namajunas vs. Miranda Maverick
Alonzo Menifield vs. Oumar Sy
Tereza Bledá vs. Jamey-Lyn Horth
