It goes without saying that technique triumphs over strength in martial arts…Even though that claim could be argued against in the case of an enormous size difference.
For example, how well do you think you would be able to do against someone who has 50lbs on you?Against someone who has 75lbs? What about 100lbs?
Well, UFC’s Amanda Ribas recently had a chance to roll against a bodybuilder who has 135lbs on her!Ribas is around 130lbs, whereas the bodybuilder in question is 265lbs.
